As a new home owner, you have to trust the professionals. Had an issue with plumbing and my home warranty company sent several companies out to resolve the issue. They seem to have pass the buck. My ticket was assigned to St. Louis Sewer & Drain Cleaning Services and my contact was Tony. Not only did he do a great assessment in trying to understand the problems I was having, he gave great advice. When he came to my home, he took time to educate me on my plumbing & sewer systems including how to maintain a healthy system. For that, I am grateful. Not only was I educated, the buck stopped at St. Louis Sewer & Drain because my issue was RESOLVED. Tony was willing to do whatever was necessary to make sure I had a working toilet and my stack was cleared. I would recommend that company to anyone.
